THE CHALLENGE

To Support Greenpeace Europe's Ban Fossil Fuel Ads activation in Cannes, working with climate activist influencers to raise awareness of Greenwashing in the fossil fuel advertising industry and educate people on what they can do to help tackle this. 

THE CAMPAIGN

10 European activist influencers created content for the Ban Fossil Fuel Ads campaign that both educated their audience on the greenwashing taking place within the advertising industry and encouraged their audience to make a change by signing Greenpeace's Ban Fossil Fuel Ad petition.​

We sent one of our activism influencers to the Cannes Lions Advertising Festival to take part in a peaceful protest with Greenpeace, which called out major advertisers on their greenwashed ads and made waves in the news and press! 

 

THE RESULTS

7.58% Engagement Rate!

The influencers involved created incredible content that pushed the boundaries, from this we saw an excellent 4,189 petition sign-ups. It was also incredible to see the content being shared and engaged with so naturally, with it recieving over 71,204 engagements across the bored and an engagement rate of 7.58%!
